Abound Corporation ("Abound," "we," "us," or "our") operates Abound Ignite, a SaaS directory and AI-powered launch platform for solo and lean-team founders. By creating an account or using Abound Ignite, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed). If you subscribe to a paid tier, we collect billing information processed by our payment provider.

2.2 Product and Listing Information

You voluntarily provide product details for your directory listing, including your product name, description, category, website URL, screenshots, and any other content you submit.

2.3 Campaign Data

When you use our AI-powered launch campaign features, we collect the inputs you provide (prompts, goals, target audience descriptions) and the campaign content generated on your behalf. We also collect performance metrics associated with campaigns you run or publish through the platform (e.g., click-through rates, engagement data).

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform: pages visited, features used, session duration, referral source, browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.

2.5 Communications

If you contact us by email or through support channels, we retain those communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Cross-tenant learning — derive anonymized, aggregated insights from campaign performance data across all accounts to improve AI model outputs and platform recommendations. This data is stripped of all personally identifiable information and cannot be traced back to you or your product.
• Send service communications — account confirmations, billing notices, feature updates, and security alerts.
• Marketing (opt-in) — with your consent, send newsletters or promotional content about Abound Ignite. You may opt out at any time.
• Legal compliance — meet our obligations under applicable law and respond to lawful requests.

• Campaign data — retained for the life of your account. Upon closure, campaign content you created is deleted within 90 days.
• Anonymized aggregate data — retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes; this data is not linked to your account.
• Billing records — retained for 7 years as required for tax and accounting compliance.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Cross-Tenant Anonymized Learning

Abound Ignite uses aggregated, anonymized campaign performance data from across the platform to improve AI-generated outputs and benchmark recommendations. This means we may learn, for example, that certain campaign structures perform better for B2B SaaS products in a given category — and use that insight to improve campaigns for all users.

This learning process:

• Strips all personally identifiable information before aggregation.
• Does not expose your product details, campaign content, or performance metrics to other users.
• Is used solely to improve platform quality.

9. Your Rights

All Users

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
